Frank is an accomplished CEO and Impact Entrepreneur with 30+ years of experience. He is the CEO and co-founder of BurstIQ, a health-focused global network that connects businesses and people through the power of blockchain. The company’s big data blockchain platform enables true individual ownership and control of health data, sovereign identity services, granular permission-based data sharing and multi-dimensional regulatory governance frameworks. BurstIQ is the first blockchain company to deploy a HIPAA- and GDPR-compliant blockchain solution at enterprise scale, the first blockchain company to be listed as a preferred partner with the International Trade Association, and the first blockchain company to be accepted into the UN Global Compact. Frank’s career achievements span multiple industries, including Defense, Health Care, Cyber Security, AI, and Finance. He holds numerous patents in the fields of cybersecurity and machine intelligence. Frank served in the U.S. Air Force and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA from St. Mary’s University.
