Steven A. Sciarretta is an attorney in Boca Raton, Florida. His practice is limited to matters concerning Estate Planning, Probate Administration and Asset Protection. Mr. Sciarretta has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1986. He has been in the exclusive practice of Estate Planning, Asset Protection and Probate Administration in Florida since 1987.
Mr. Sciarretta holds an undergraduate degree, Cum Laude, in Accounting from Providence College. He holds a Law Degree from the Florida State University, College of Law and holds a Masters in Tax Law from the University of Miami.
Mr. Sciarretta works on a continuing basis with financial consultants from all major wire houses in providing sophisticated Estate Planning Strategies to their clients.
Mr. Sciarretta has been retained by both UBS and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney to assist in coordinating their national estate planning programs.
Mr. Sciarretta has worked with Andrew Westhem in authoring Keep Your Wealth in the Family and Winning the Wealth Game. The former was published by Phillips Publishing Company and the latter was published by Dearborn Financial Press. Winning the Wealth Game was the winner of the 1992 Literary Guild Award for Financial Writing.
Mr. Sciarretta is a noted lecturer, having spoken before the Top of The Table and ISI Money Shows throughout the country. Mr. Sciarretta speaks on a continuing basis to investors and financial consultants of all major wire houses and other institutions.
